its a light right, and on the top of the little flashlight thing are a bunch of strands what looks like fishing wire, and on the tips of the sttrands are like colored lights. Do you knowwhat i'm talking baout?????

If it plugs in, I have one and it is fiber optics. I just saw it a bed bath and beyond for about 10 bucks.

Yeah...I've seen them at different events for children. Vendors tend to sell them. Sorry, but not sure of the name though.
