ROCK, especially punk or metal...ya know...it just get's the blood pumping through your veins and makes you feel AWESOME.

It depends. Rock, I would say judging by today's music on the radio, but r'n'b from back in the day is as good as any rock music. Even some of today's underground r'n'b is as good as any rock out there.

Unfortunately, we only see the mainstream r'n'b which has been hi-jacked by mainstream rap and thus we have a mainstream marriage of really stupid crap. Dig in the underground though and you'll find some gems. I will stick up for Amel Lareaux or Angie Stone or Kem anyday. You have to search though.

R&B because in secret fantasy life of mine I am a great black soul singer, we're talking about a Sam Cooke /James Brown clone
The only problem is that I"m not black and I cant sing. That never stopped Michael Bolton so WTF
the other problem is that real rock and roll is so diluted these days that very few people are playing the real thing. Actually more country musicians are playing rock & roll. Listen to the drum track on "Breathe "
So yeah R&B because it's truer to itself.

Like both! but Rock is my first love! raised on Zep,Lizzie and purple also verge into old style prog rock when the mood takes me just listening to E,L,P at the moment
