I guess that you are too young to remember Gene Krupa. Great drummer who played with Harry James' band of the '40's. Try to see if you can get an old 78 of the Harry James band, and you will hear a drummer take off from a melody line, string his drum solo between two trees and let it dance around a full moon in lucious rhythm. But that is old timey stuff. Thanks for the memories.

I'm not sure about best, per se. That's rather too subjective for me. But, I'd say that drumming practice with anything by RUSH could only improve and augment skills.
