Chemistry. Some men change when they drink. They become uninhibited. Alcohol loosens the tongue and changes the behavior of some men.
You've heard it said that some men can't hold their liquor? Well, this applies here in that it means they become a Dr. Jeckle & Mr. Hyde types.
Some men can be so quit and unassuming and then they get a little liquor in them and watch out! They are raging beast. They change too drastically. These men should never drink because of the effect that alcohol has on them.

People in general just think they are more "what ever" when they are drunk and they think they should be noticed (heard)... so they get louder and louder and louder. What bothers me most of all is when they think, after a few, that they can now sing. Kere-chokey sung by those with too much to drink... makes me want to choke em.
Just my observation, when some drink Jack all of a sudden they don't know Jack.... oh but they think they do.

when I'm in a bar. Rarely I hear it in ladies also. But Men are alot more addicted to alcahol than women. Thats maybe why we hear more men being LOUUUD with alcohol.

It forces the body to release a chemical called "dopamine" which gives the person a feeling of euphoria. Also, it decreases inhibitions.
