ya its fine...as long as you dont lift everyday...cardio is fine everday. Your muscles need a rest to rebuild themselves.

It probably depends on what you are doing---are you working out for like 2 hours or are you just riding the bike for like 20 minutes?
I would have to say you are overdoing it just a little bit. You should only workout maybe 4-5 days a week.

It's better to rotate going to the gym, if that always involves weight training, with some sort of aerobic exercise at least 3 days a week.(walking, running, swimming)

Health wise OK. But if you have no social life it is not healthy for your well being.
