Actually, the more you exercise the less your flow and the less your period... When you exercise, blood is shunted away from your vagina to your muscles where it is needed more at that time. Woman that work out heavily, all the time (pro athletes, etc) can actually go years without having periods.

I do not think that you can just start to exercise enough for it to make a difference at this time... BUT, exercising during your period will help with some bleeding and helps tons with cramping.

workout can decelerate or supply up your era, yet in hardship-free words intense workout many times does it. And with the aid of intense, I mean like elite gymnastics or swimming or inspite of that carry practices 9 cases a week or some thing. it ought to correctly be you're purely previous due. It occurs. there is not any longer an ulterior reason to it. If it is going on a lot longer or you've the different warning signs (issues, stomaches, fever) i ought to absolutely reccomend that you spot a well being care specialist.

It won't do it like that. Only prolonged activity like preparing for the Olympics will do that, and it means you're so unhealthy your body doesn't even know what to do. It's too late for this vacation, but it's a good reason to always use birth control pills - you know when it's coming, and you can also change when it comes if you want to.

This should not cause your period to stop. Vigorous activity should increase it.
Now, the other side if your an avid runner say a marathon type your periods can stop all together.
But, not for the weekend or for one month.

Actually we had this discussion in Health class, and my health teacher explained that when women exercise more than sit around and be lazy, they have less cramps and the period shortens in time.

No, I don't think exercise will affect your period. Things that can affect your period (causing it to be late or early) though are health problems, depression, stress and of course, pregnancy.
