Probably have some delicious food, some great sex, hug loved ones, and watch the sunset.

I would appologize to everyone for everything I have ever done wrong so I could die and be in peace when I'm dead. If I do something out of the ordinary like skydiving, thats not going to do anything for me. If I make up for what I have done then if there is reincarnation I may come back as something better. If there is heaven then I will go to heaven. If there is nothing and I just die then at least the people I hurt will know that I cared enough about them to appologize.

Hey I heard a story about a guy this very thing happened to:
The doctor told him, "I'm sorry but you only have 24 hours to live". The man hurried home and told his wife, "Honey this is my last day on earth. I want to take you out dancing and we'll dine anywhere you want. Then we'll come home and make sweet love all night long." The man's wife replied, "Make love all night long!? Sure that's fine for you. You don't have to get up and go to work in the morning you selfish pig!"

I'd go skydiving, rocky mountain climbing, I'd go 2.7 seconds on a bull named Fu Manchu. I'd give forgiveness that I've been denyin' for so long ... oh wait, no, that's a song.
I'd probably first take a nap so that I could come to terms with the idea. I'd fix the vacuum cleaner that my wife's been buggin' me about. Maybe drop some of my stuff off at the Salvation Army.
What would happen if I didn't die, though? I wonder if they'd give my stuff back.

I would Try to Survive,
Everyday we know could be our last day to be alive that why we survive for example when you wake up you you take a bath to stay clean so you wont get sick. you put cloths on to protect your body from the Enviorment you grab somthing to eat and drink to produce more energy for your body and so on and so you get the point. so the only thing you can do is survive!

Tell the people I love how much their lives have meant to me and how much I love them.And of coarse pray to God that the end will be peaceful and that I will be seeing Him soon.
