Being Alone or Picked on?

I'm a Youth Leader who is looking to help the youth at my church understand how it feels to be alone at school or to be made fun of or picked on. I need honest answeres so that I may show those that don't experience this how important it is to seek out the quiet and shy or just different and become friends with them
