why would they use kangaroo meat when there is easier access to chihuahuas?

I think you have miss-identified the company. The company I am familiar with is not Taco Bell but Taco Hell, sometimes called Taco Smell. I heard they take their employees and rather than paying them, they grind them up in their meat at the end of their pay period so they can avoid paying them and cut out two of their biggest costs. Meat and Labor.
That's not to be confused with Taco Bell. Their food is delicious, and I in no way make any reference to them in my answer.

You know, it's so disgusting to think that a place would use something like a Kangaroo for meat in their food. That's disturbing and revolting. It's a Mexican food chain, so of course they use Chihuahua. Kangaroo is just too fatty and greasy. How disgusting can you be?

Actually, neither one. They use cats. I don't remember which Taco Bell was caught and where it is located. But, the place was killing cats and using them in the meat.
