To safely and loose weight in a healthy way see a dietitian cost less than 80 call local hospital that is where they work and you do not have to do without they teach you a healthy way that works for you and your body. Of course you have to exercise 3-4 times a week for 30 min EACH TIME, I walk. I have been on tons of diets and tried tons of stuff this was the way I finally lost the weight and it is staying off. Run Forest Run. lol no serious running is the best way to reduce weight do it 3 times a week skip a day in-between you will start to see results in two weeks.
