This is crazy-making, because you're in a competitive situation, but also a "family-like" situation in a job (i.e., you must show up daily and be there). Focus on yourself, because you can't control the co-worker--the problem is you must balance doing a great job and incurring other workers' envy. Concentrate on the plusses the job gives you and don't invest emotionally---save your feelings and emotions for people away from your work situation.

You have to stop and think if this is really true? Speculation? Paranoia? How do you know that it's true. If it is. Just keep notes if there are any suggestions made to you to do you harm. Tell a trusted friend if you are afraid so that someone else knows how you feel.
Other than that, you cannot really do anything about how that person feels. Have you been offensive to them or something? And you cannot make everyone like you..that's just life. :P

ignore them and kill em with kindness whenever you do come into contact with them just smile and ask how they are and whatever they say DONT LET IT EFFECT YOU. They are not happy with themselves. They want to use you as a release. Dont let them bring you down. That is there own issue, it is not you sweetie. Trust me....I am a people pleaser deep down inside I act like this big ***** but I really do want people to like me. So yeah it bothers me to so I just tell myself, hey all you can do is be nice, and if they still have issues its obviously with themselves. Keep up the love and set a good example. What you put out.... you will get it back in return. NOt from the person you had in mind sometmes ....so **** em. good luck

Stop. Rushing things is a abd idea.

When somebody is out there to get you it pays to do some thinking and less acting. Only people who think about things can be devious, as they say.

Analyse the eprson, what style of attack do they use? pranks? do they try and outsmart you? override your ideas or decisions? or mock you? You ghave to make a plan of attack and it should be based around the strengths and weaknesses of the enemy.

Not every office battle needs gattling guns, all you need to do is identify their weakness and exploit it.

This should keep you busy, have fun!

Set up a meeting with your boss and co-worker. Go prepared with examples of what you're talking about, and try to have some solutions. Stay calm and stick to the facts. Your boss will respect it, and your co-worker will realize how immature he/she is being.

I would be civil to them but try to avoid them if I could. I would try to have witnesses around if I did have to interact with them. I would document things they say or do to me. I would watch my back. I would make sure to do my job to the best of my ability so that they can't find something to make me look bad.

I would tell the boss the problem and ask for a time ALL of you could(ask boss not to say why he wants to talk to other person) then I would ask ask the person, in front of boss, what their problem was. But until then I'd watch my back and avoid ANY contact w/them. good luck!!

Nothing I'd just go about my business and kill them with kindness. I'm not going to let someone's opinion of me affect me.
