I have the logitech quick zoom silver, I bought it about a year ago and cost £50, the price has probably dropped by now. The quality of picture is fantastic and it also has a built in microphone! I definitely recommend this one.

Any logitech webcam is good. Microsoft came out with two different ones, they're both good too, but expensive.
