I think these comparisons come just because they both died. They are two different MC's. Pac's got more songs with an actual message, but Biggie's songs are more fun to bump.

B-I-G P-O-PP-A!!! You're crazy for even asking that!! Biggie dropped one album when he was alive!! And changed Hip-Hop forever! Pac had to drop several albums, get arrested, be accused of rape, and get shot on several different occasions to even make his mark. The Great Frank White, had no gimmicks! Just straight up fat, black and nasty! Who else rapped two parts of one song? Matter of fact two songs on one album. Genius..
