Dick (the Honest Buck) Cheney has the ability to profit from any armed conflict anywhere in the world from his secret location somewhere in an alternate universe where war is peace, freedom is slavery and occupation is liberation. Also can "see" last throes of almost anything except resistance movements in nations we want to control.

Cheney- "Hunchback Jack"- Able to turn invisible for weeks at a time. Can also project non-lethal shotgun blasts from fingers.
Gonzales- "The Apologizer"- able to make the most heinous trampling of the constitution seem alright.
Rice- "Echo Girl"- able to channel the voice of the leader of the Neo-cons through her mouth.
Bill Frist- "Dr. Diagnostic"- can make accurate predictions based solely on videotape.
Ralph Reed- "GodBoy"- able to make people think he channels the word of God, no matter what he does. Currently on hiatus.
Joe Lieberman- "The Mood Ring"- complete inability to go away. Able to appear red or blue, depending on the day.
Karl Rove- "Professor Vile"- the leader of the Neo-cons. Able to make the most insanely awful story about a candidate stick. Unrestrained by any personal sense of ethics or decency.
