You can do a couple of things to make it look older, but once you do it, you can't undo it. 1. Take a pot scrubber or sand paper and rub it on the jacket while you are wearing it. 2. go to a playground and put the leather side down in a sandbox and then use the jacket like skates from one side to the other (just once!). 3. Get old style kitty litter and rub it on the jacket. Once you do any of these three things, then get show polish of a lighter color than the jacket (or a leather stain) and rub the lighter color over the parts you have distressed.

Put the jacket leather side down on the floor, get a small child to sit on it and pull them around for a while, great fun, especially on carpet and will make the jacket look more worn.

Get some hot rock burns in it, get in a fight with someone a lot bigger than you for the old casual/punk blood effect.
Beer and cigarette smells will aslo make it more authentic.
Try to be sick on it and then wipe it down with a baby wipe.
Then as a finishing touch, splace some old spice aftershave all over it.

Wear it everywhere you go, very day, scrape the walls in it, but it dont make sense to me, normally we buy a new jacket because it looks nice, if you want old jacket, go to second hand shop.

What can be better than a fresh new jacket. Although i disagree with what you want to do...you should put it in the washer once.

you can lay it flat on some fairly smooth cement and run it over with a car. as long as it's not dragged, it will wear it a bit rather than doing a ton of damage--but i like the idea of dragging a kid around on it much better, that rocks. ;)
