some people have extras like pig dancing chicken nerd loser. And won't telling someone they're a nerd incite bad feeling.

When you go to someone's 360 page and leave a comment, other people have more comments than I can get. You can leave a comment with a smile, with a hug, with a wink etc. Some other people have got pig, nerd, loser etc.

I don't know how to explain any easier, but I have asked the person with the extra's to say how she got them.
On my 360 I have a comment box where anyone can leave a comment with a smiley face or whatever, in one of my 'friends' 360 they have a comment box which has more 'comment remarks' that you can choose, ie. hug, smile, wink, plus others and the 'extra's I have mentioned above'

maybe they think it is funny. it could bother someone, but they shouldn't take it personally. it is only one person's opinion and they really don't even the that person.

This is unclear. Are you talking about the screen you see when you click someone's name? You can write stuff about yourself that other users can see by editing your profile.
Why people write what they write is anybody's guess. If they allow email or other communication, you could ask them.
BTW, 'nerd' is a positive, not a negative terms these days -- especially compared to 'loser' -- maybe they are joking.
PS after your additional details. Yes, insulting people tends to incite bad feelings. One of the consequences of the on-line world is that people aren't held back as much as they are in the rest of the world. This makes rude people feel freer to be rude, as they don't risk a punch in the nose.
