You need to list some of her interests. Also think of little/simple things she truly enjoys (or put a smile on her face) to incorporate. But for people to help you, you need to give them an idea of activities she enjoys doing. Having a fashion show with a girl who hates supermodels, or having a bbq with a vegetarian wouldn't be a good idea, you know?

just spend time with em, talk. Thats as memorable as it can get. Or set up a website for ur friendship. Or just go to www.cclub.editboard.com and in the chit chat section, you can post each others profile and keep in touch. Ther are many other options, so tell us what you friend likes, like hobies or the books he/she reads. then i can help you out to create an EVENT!

Have a big going away party invite all her friends and have everyone get up and say the funniest story about her or even something stupid she did kida like a bake or roast that what its called

with the internet technology, we can easily keep in touch in every day llive, even cheaper than a long distance call......
there is a buch of ideas that can't be forgoten, but i doubt it is good one,
eg : once upon a time, my friend striped and his short sticked to the flag pole, (in his birthday) it was hillarious, since it wasn't taught before....
an old way of it is dancing....
