Does menstrual cramps cause you to have to go to the bathroom a lot w/ #2?? Just wondering if I am alone on this one..

I don't get menstrual cramps because I am on birth control pills but I have noticed that during that time of the month I tend to use the bathroom more often. One of my friends said that happens to her too. I think it is because there is so much going on down there at that time of the month that it causes a bowel movement.

They never did me. Do some research online for PMS and bowel movements and see what you find.

i think that it does because i mean you'reon your thing aren't you so you have to be going to the restroom every single time for preventing you from staining yourself.
