my dad died in a motorcycle accident when he was 29, i was 11....it has been over 20 years and i miss him everyday

The death of my parents has been the most devastating to me.
My dad died from a massive heart attack in 1997 and my mom just recently from lung cancer.
It was horrible to sit and watch them slowly die and we (my siblings and I) could do little to help them.

hmmm 2 things come to mind and they happened alomost back to back...got a 911 call for a shooting..robbery gone bad in convenient store...get there..2 friends shot one already dead and the other died while I tried to save her....other thing..my dad was sick and doc's wouldnt tell him he was dying..I had to ..had hospice and when he died I had to pronounce him and assist funeral home in putting him in body bag...they only sent one person....didnt get to be the "kid" or medic that day...medics try to save people..not watch...

My parents died five weeks apart to the day and both deaths were totally unexpected. Neither was sick.

My son dying on his motorcycle!! It has stopped my whole life. Its been 15 months, and I feel each day is harder and harder to live!

took xanax, drank beer, fell asleep, totaled car. no car, no license, and the worst case of dumba$$ I have ever felt.
