Steve Blackman was released from his contract with the WWE(then called the WWF) in 2001 after suffering an injury in which resulted for him to retire from the sport after 15 years. He opened up a self-defense school in Harrisburg, Pensylvania in 2003 & at that time, Blackman & former WWE/UFC Superstar Ken Shamrock created a clothing line designed for Proffesional Fighters.

He was forced to retire due to a neck injury. He opened a self defense school in Pennsylvania and is going to have a clothing line with Ken Shamrock. Blackman wants to get the same kind of neck surgery Kurt Angle had and make his return to the ring.
I'd love to see him back in the ring. Blackman was one of my favorites when I first started watching WWF/E several years ago.

Him and Ken Shamrock were supose to open a fighting school, like the ultimate fighting on Spike TV, but that never worked out.
