you gain the most weight the last month of your pregnancy this is completely normal, if there was something wrong your doctor would tell you, and the reason you don't look that big is because the baby has dropped and is getting ready. don't stress it sounds like you are about done. good luck and congratulations

Yes it is normal to gain 7 pounds in one week at the end of your pregnancy. I would suggest that you talk to your doctor about your weight gain.
With my first pregnancy I weighed 145 before I got pregnant, then lost 10 right away from morning sickness, by the time I delivered I was 195 lbs. I asked my doctor is I should be worried and he said no. Of course I am 5'7" so it is a bit different, but still talk to your doctor.

I think that some women gain weight more than others do. I weighed 180 by the time I was done being pregnant and after I had my baby 2 weeks later I was 108 again. So it does happen.

I know you feel fat, looking at those numbers is hard. You are very young and it won't take your body a terribly long time to come back, but it is going to take more than a few days. If you are this concerned about your weight you should talk to your dr. You are close to your due date, so the thing is, you won't be going through this weight gain long, and probably won't hit 200 lbs. I gained a lot of weight with my babies, and lost it every time, but I had to work hard to get it off.

Listen during my first pregnancy I weighed 208 pounds....Before I got pregnant I used to weight 130 pounds, so you can't even imagine how big I got I'm only 5'5. When I had my baby she only weighed 7 pounds 15 ounces. When I left the hospital I was 203Lbs. I got depressed and had post pardon depression... Don't fall into that depression, not to mention the preclampsia I had while giving birth...

On a happier note, I did manage to lose the weight... You will too.
I had a beautiful healty baby and you will too...

Don't worry it is totally normal, i didnt gain a pound till my 7th month and i gained 28lbs all together. so its ok and ur baby as long as it's healthy dont worry, the size of ur stomach doesnt necesarily mean the size of ur baby. if ur too concerned a sonogram will determine the size and the weight of the baby or ask ur ob/gyn. normal weight gain during a pregnancy is 15-45 lbs

With my son, my belly was not that big, everybody thought that he was going to be 5 or 6 pounds, and he came out weighting 8 lbs 2 oz. the size of the belly don't necessarily mean anything.
