first thing is to find the right person to do it with...they should be experienced that way at least one of you know what to do...then use a condom...make sure that you are comfortable, relax, get naked and do what comes natural,,,you must be very wet and use your fingers to help relax the mussels, one then two, go slowly and just do what feels good.

BE SURE...you are informed about it.... read, ask loved ones such as parents, DOCTORS, guardians etc. in a mature open minded manner.
BE SURE...you are old enough and ready...physically, mentally to practice safe sex.
Then while having actual sex lay back and enjoy it with a partner who wants to enjoy at as much as you. First enjoy the 'Physicality' of sex, without any 'Emotionally' attachment. Don't confuse the two. Physical sex can be so great that it can cloud your thinking into thinking you are in love with this partner. But real love does not come with the physicality of sex. Real love comes with the 'Emotional Intimacy' of sex. And it can be very hard to separate the two at times, be wise not foolish. Enjoy sex but do not let sex be the master of your common sense.
