Do you mean a scrapbook complete with photos and emblishments? Or simply a scrapbook? If it's a homemade scrapbook completed with photos and emblishments, I would easily say 100 dollars at least considering the person's time and effort as well as the cost of the materials. If it is just a scrapbook that someone decorated but without anything inside, I would say no more than 40 bucks.

I wouldn't buy one or pay someone else to make one for me.
I suppose in part that is because everyone in my family is very creative and artistic and we all do our own work, whatever it is.

HOWEVER, that being said, I do know people who have the creativity of a slug, or are so busy they don't have time for anything at all .... that would probably love to pay someone to make nice, fancy scrapbooks for them.

Advertise on ebay .... like .... whatever price you think it should start at .... and describe what you will do for the person, maybe show a pic of your work , and see if anyone bids!!

One caution .. watch out for the really picky kind of people for whom nothing is ever good enough ...

Good Luck!!

I've never seen anyone sell completed ones, or sell their services as a scrapbooker but my sister-in-law received a nice scrapbook kit (for babies) as a gift. It was $25-30 (Canadian funds).
