i suppose some grossly fat americans are ashamed of themselves when they are dining out.. but i suppose some grossly fat people anywhere in the world are ashamed of themselves when they are dining out. but i guess since america is the most prosperous country in the world due to better policies and harder work, they dine out more often than people in most other countries.

The very last era previously you've been born round 1980. They didnt do some thing for this usa in spite of the undeniable fact that the older era did get civil rights surpassed and Medicare surpassed. The $16 trillion comes from $11 trillion that become surpassed on to Obama from Bush, plus the fix Act, the TARP, both wars. Bush didnt comprise the wars in his budget. The $5 trillion further with the aid of Obama also coated classes to help individuals with the aid of the recession brought about with the aid of the commercial disaster of 2008. so that you cant blame anybody era for the debt. you may blame the persons in value, the bankers and investors.

You should maybe read a couple of health magazines. Not all obese people eat too much or don't get enough exercize. There are genes that cause some to be more obese and there are also discoveries of micro-organisms that cause obesity. I am not obese, i am overweight and I am not "proud" of the way I look but am damn not ashamed of it. I do not think there is any issue of being ashamed of it or not, are sickly skinny people ashamed of being thin?? It is a disease that millions and millions of people battle and sometimes there are just no ways of avoiding it. Some people have genes to make them survive harsh weather. Sometimes it is completely out of their hands. On the flip side, there are the people that do eat too much and do not get enough exercize but no one should be ashamed of their weight.

I notice that you don't show a photo of yourself. Why not?
Are you ashamed of your appearance?

Fortunately, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I'm a skinny person who has tried to gain weight so that my knobbly knees and pointy elbows don't look so bony. However, people still love me regardless.
I wouldn't be ashamed of being fat or thin, but I would be ashamed of being judgmental and spitful.

Yeah, but there are opinion polls that say that most Americans wouldn't consider themselves overweight/obese, while the statistics show that most are, which shows that everyone can point at everyone else, but are in denial about themselves

I'm sure that many obese people (has nothing to do with being American -- North American or South American) are at times ashamed of their weight.
