NOBODY ever said Bush invented terrorism. You cloud the issues by pretending to answer that which was never asked.

The policies of the administration of George Bush have fanned the flames of terrorism and increased it's strength and weakened the ability of Middle eastern governments to prevent their citizens from supporting terrorists.
