This is a joke right? you said your mom is dating this guy and then you said you just want them to get divorced...what's up with that? Be serious!

If you are really being hit regularly by your mother's boyfriend that is considered child abuse and it is illegal. Try to get to a phone privately and call 1-800-4-A-CHILD, that is a national child abuse hotline. They also have a website, childhelpusa.org. It is anonymous and private, you don't have to say your name or location unless you want to. They probably speak multiple languages too if that is important for you.
A counselor or school nurse or social worker should also be able to get help for you.
Don't run away, like someone else said, you will be putting yourself in a lot of danger, but you have to get help.
If you have already tried getting the cops to come to the house and your mother stopped them from intervening, then call the 800 number and ask them who else you can call or go to locally to where you live.

IF you have a Grandmother, call her NOW. IF this is a joke, find a better sense of humor. IF you have an Aunt, Uncle, whatever, call them now....you must get out of that house...unless you are being "spanked" for being a rotten kid. We have no idea what is going on, but if you are actually being abused, and YOU KNOW THE DIFFERENCE, then do anything to get away SHORT of running away. If you run away, you will be dead within two years. Not a good option. Good luck

Ask one of your teachers where child servises is. Go to child services after school and demand a public defender(a free lawyer) and refuse to go home.

Tell someone, get child services involved, speak to a social worker...but most importantly tell someone who WILL do something to help you. No one deserves to be hit ever!
