Is there any way to have seriously budge-proof eyebrows without having them outright tattooed on?

first brush them all up wards so the hairs are very bushy lokking, then trim to desired shape. Use gel or hairspray to keep them in place. Touch up everyday to keep things in place.

You can dye them with hair dye. I would get a medium brown.
