Stop being so desperate, us girls can smell desperation in a man and it's a total turn off. Just be yourself and act like your not interested. You'll have no problems getting a girlfriend then.

You are a mad person first set your life and then make girlfriend. Your lot of time and money will be wasted in that thing . But if your life is set then first make friendship with the girl you like make her best friend share as many things as you can and then on one fine day you can propose her.
