Who said like that???

Indian call centers are the BEST mate...you have check outside India, calling other call centres....(India's neighbouring country call centre's) You have to ask them to repeat atleast 3 time to understand the english.....
Normally when you check any big company (eg IBM/Microsoft) support centre, when the product support is critical all the calls will be forwarded to India. If not critical and cheap product will be forwarded to the sorrounding country of India...

Okay, so I viewed your question as inquisitive yet with a more inappropriate tone at the same time.

Now, 'Indian' - the word could refer to 'East Indian'; 'West Indian'; 'North American Indian' or perhaps as a 'derogatory slang' for whatever you are trying to get your point across.

Nevertheless, instead of all this nonsense, why wouldn't you poise your question such as:

Do you believe that ethnic culturals may require extra training in various areas of work?

Your more apt to get a more serious and helpful response.

Cheers, and good luck in seeking your answer!

Why, that's the whole idea of cheap labor in products and services. Nobody's doing it properly. As long as one edges out the other guy a little bit, one will be OK. It's a way of life now.

By the way, I have had excellent services from "Indians" and lousy services from non-Indian American natives, and vise versa.

Yes. Learning to speak english would be a good start.

I called Three customer services once about a problem I had with my phone. I spent 20 minutes just explaining the the internet didn't work on my phone.....

I agree with Guido. I called about a Dell computer, and the person I spoke with lived 5000 miles away from me, and could hardly speak English. It's too bad so many jobs are going out of the country, when we have so many unemployed.

they need trainers who are FROM the US..to teach them how to pronounce words so we can understand what they are saying.

they need to train their people on the phone to answer directly

they need a whole lot of help

I bought a Dell and hate it when I have to call for tech OR customer support...and I am a TECH with 5+ years phone experience!
