I am looking for someone who knows a program for clothing allowance in mass for people who is not on welfare?

Back in 2001 there was a 1800 number for people who was not welfare in boston they were able to get clothing allowance for their children who were not on welfare does anyone know where i can get help for clothing allowance

there used to be a program in Mass for that but with tight money I believe it was cut . Call the Mass. Human services department and they may know of an alternative plan - good luck .
