Group B, Paris! Despite the violence of the Capulets and the Montagues both houses lost their most precious flowers, and the State won it's peace at the last.

The Romans, despite their fearsome reputation, were never as good at violence as, say, the Gauls or the Carthaginians, both of whom beat Rome in a large number of battles, but ultimately lost their wars. The Romans were excellent organizers. More recently, in the US civil war, all the best military strategists and generals were fighting for the South. They won a lot of battles. Ultimately, they lost the war because the North had superior numbers and industrial capabilities (but both those factors would be useless without an ability to organize). In WWII, despite Nazi sadism and Japanese ferocity and tenacity, the allies won. Again, the victory was due, in large amounts, to the superior industrial output of the allies. Industrial output requires good organizational skills. I say, in the end, group B usually wins.

Group B because,
Unorganised is usually related to undisciplined. B group could plan to use what resources they have to their best advantage.
Group A would fight and bully and wast their energies often against themselves.
What about Group C, Has Faith and a relationship with God.
They will win for sure. At least in what's most important.
God Bless You, ;-)

group b. in a war, group a would have bad tactics and just charge the line shooting randomly and throwing grenades while group b will have snipers and kill group a before they can do alot of damage.
