I will just make this quick and tell you some i know.
It is the smallest continent, if you don't count australia. It also has the most countries squished into such a small place.
Most of the countries are republic; the western countries are democratic while the eastern are formerly soviet communist influenced and are slowly revived to become more democratic.
The continet is a diverse geographical paradise with the Alps and the Carpathian running across the center. North of the alps is a great plain. North of that is the scandinavian pennisula with its fjord and mountain. South of the alps latitude is a buch of peninsula such as the Balkans, Greece, Italy,... and there is the Great Britain isles on the Northwest if you center youself on the Alps... ... ... and so on.....

Each country has unique characteristics and separate culture, and Europe has dozens of countries, so impossible to answer.
