I seem to recall that you have to go in under Tools and Account Settings to do this.

Homepage is a browser thing - for this, easiest way (assuming Explorer)...

Go to Google.co.uk (or a site of your choice)
In the browser...
Tools --> Internet options --> (click) 'Use Current'

For Outlook, any ISP worth mentioning should have a page with screens walking through setting up your email.

Anyway, assuming Outlook Express:

Tools --> Accounts --> Mail (tab) --> click 'Remove' on chosen, highlight account.

Adding your new one is, or should be almost as easy...

Tools --> Accounts --> Mail (tab) --> click 'Add' (mail)

The wizard should walk you though it easy enough - just have your user name and passwod to hand to fill in the blanks.

Open outlook express. Click on tools in the top menu, then click on accounts in the drop down menu, then click on the mail tab then one click on the ISP you want to remove inorder to highlight this ISP & then click on the remove button on the right hand side.

Now to DELETE THOSE UNWANTED EMAILS:
1. Create a new folder in outlook express by right clicking on Local Folders, click New Folder in the right click menu & you will see a Create Folder box will come up. Enter a name for the new folder at the top of this box (call it ..Rubbish) & click OK . you should then see it in outlook express on the left hand side under local folders.
2. Move all your unwanted emails to this folder . ie right click on an unopened unwanted email,.. choose move to folder..a box called "move" will open showing all your folders including the one named Rubbish..click that folder named Rubbish to highlight it then click OK at the top right. Now check in outlook express if the unwanted email has gone into that folder. It should have done.
3. Move all your unwanted emails to that folder.
4. The contents of that folder are kept as a single file within your computer. You now need to find the path of that file so that you can delete it at its source.
5. It is a long path to where this file is stored..the start of the path is shown by right clicking on the folder "Rubbish" within outlook express..& clicking on properties... you should see the path starting with:
C:\Documents and Settings\"your user name for the computer"\Local Settings\Application Data.........
The full path is C:\Documents and Settings\"your user name for the computer"\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\"a folder named with lots of digits & letters"\Microsoft\Outlook Express\Rubbish

You will see all the other folders as files there aswell eg inbox; sent; outbox etc...DO NOT TOUCH THESE...YOU NOW NEED TO DELETE THE FILE NAMED RUBBISH. IF OUTLOOK EXPRESS IS STILL OPEN (I suspect it will be) then CLOSE OUTLOOK EXPRESS ....AND DELETE ONLY THE FILE CALLED RUBBISH...If it wont delete it means you have outlook express still open so close outlook express down & try to delete the file called Rubbish again

6. Go back & open your outlook express. The folder called Rubbish should still be there but it should now be empty. You can now delete that folder.
