Actually, I was also on the news-all three main syndicated networks, as well as having my picture in the paper. I came forward in a very high profile case in Tucson against the county tax assessor who was ripping people off(taxpayers) by giving himself kickbacks and offering others to privately lower their taxes. It was a real coup d'etat, ;-). I was interviewed and was the headliner on all of the news stations, as well as the headliner in the newspaper.

I was only a couple of hours old and it's a picture of my parents and me. My parents were 16 and had no money so a church paid for all the hospital expenses. When my mom told me this I was surprised because there were always teen parents and we live in a big city, why would anyone care?
Oh well, it got my picture in the paper.

My picture was in the paper for being selected for All-State Choir in 1995, then in 2000 my photo was in the paper for my engagement announcement (we never got around to placing the wedding photo in the paper)... then in 2002 a couple of friends and I and our kids were featured in two local papers because we were trying to spread awareness of special needs programs available to kids and families in our area.

I was driving around in my car at very fast speeds with no clothes on because it was very hot..... My head was all full of pharmaceuticals, booze, and nicotine. I put my car into the ditch.... got out and decided it looked pretty good there. Walked home and my wife turned red and yelled things at me that i did not understand and hung me by my ankles from the tree in the front lawn. This was the pic in the paper the next day.......

Because I was the first person to jump in the Jello-jump competition....I got put on the front page. Grant it I was about 8 at the time but I thought it was cool.

I work for a non-profit service dog organization and the local newspaper did a piece about me and my dog.
