sounds ridiculous but right now the only emulsion i could find is a water-based screen emulsion that comes with a polymerizing agent with it...i really have no idea how to use it..

Your not looking hard enough! I work for a company that sells Ulano emulsion, and we have many different types to choose from. Make some calls.

you should be able to get some basic info from your distributor...
but here goes: you need to mix the poly agent with the emulsion at the proscribed ratios (agian, check with your distributor), then coat your screen and allow it to dry, continue as normal.
I've come across water-based before, but never used it.
have you tried graphic solutions group? there all over the south and ship all over the country. it's who i use, them or Reece Supply.
