I try and have all my christmas shopping done by november as I hate dealing with the malls etc, and many of my gifts go out of the country. Generally I shop all year round for christmas gifts for people, if I see them looking longingly at something the next time I'm at that store I buy it .

I also love the christmas in july sales or sidewalk sales you can get real bargains on great gifts.

In England it seems to be August! I tried to buy a small paddling pool for the kids yesterday due to the unexpected heatwave we,ve been having, I shopped for three hours and everywhere had sold out, claiming they won't be stocking any more because they are stocking up ready for Christmas! it's only the first week in August can you believe it"!! I have stopped celebrating Christmas for the last two years precisely because of this vile commercialised attitude.

Christmas shopping is just so commercialised these days. The true spirit of Christmas should be with you all year round and if you want to buy a present for someone go and do it NOW, you don't have to wait till Christmas to do that.

Christmas Eve! I am the worst, and I am trying to get better of buying things throughout the year, but the longer I wait the better chance I have of actually giving the gift for Christmas.

I get as much as I can taken care of early. I hate crowds and all the commercialism of the holiday. Since Christmas decorations are up in stores by Halloween, I try to be through before Halloween unless there's something last minute that I have to take care of.

I actually can pick up a few things in summer. I did this year when I went to France for a week. But I do most of my shopping in November. Despite all that, I usually end up getting a last-minute gift card for somebody on the 23rd!

Usually in August but I'm getting a late start. If I start in August I'm usually all done by Thanksgiving. Which is nice. Happy Shopping.

Every Day.
Look for deals, buy in bulk on a really good product. Keep your eyes open for things that just reminds you of a family member or friend.
Personally I love shopping in all types of catalogs.
At the grocery stores. Just keep a list yearly, add or subtract.
Have fun!
