If you are in a gay relationship, if you want kids, how would you go about having them?

It depends on if your a male or female couple. My lesbien friend asked me to be her sperm doner in a couple of years, i told her YES, because i love her, ans she makes me smile. Male couples would probily have to ask a lady friend to be an egg doner and wants to walk around with the load. Adoption would probily be hell for him, either way the female couple has the upper had in the gay department.

Personally, I would have been willing to be a sperm donor to some lesbian friends a few years ago. They decided against it - but if asked, I would still volunteer.
There is a unique sperm bank in the San Francisco area that works with lesbians, and requires the sperm donor to be incorporated into the life of the child as an 'uncle' - I think that is an ideal approach. See the link below

We plan to have kids. When it's time we will go to a reputable and licensed sperm bank. At the sperm bank they have programs (designed for hetero couples, but it works for lesbians too) where they will take a picture of your spouse and find an anonymous donor that best matches them physically. That way the baby will come out looking like both parents.

If I someday fall in love with another girl then I would adopt our children. I plan to adopt a child anyways, if I marry a guy or a girl or if I stay single. There are so many children that need to be adopted into good and loving homes, and they want families so much. I think adoption is a wonderful gift.

my wife and i already have 1 child [a girl] but we do want to have more children later, we're thinking of artificial insemination but i want her egg placed inside of me.

artificial insemination, surrogacy or adoption. some friends of ours did artificial insemination. that worked great for them, and they all have adorable children!
