u can sms from pc with the help of yahoo messanger,rediff can also be used but i want to tell u that with persons whom u want to message have to reply back to atleast 3 of ur messages and they will be charged cost 4 receiving and replying back to u and this cost varies with their connection.(it can be 2Rs or 3.....5Rs)

in Yahoo messenger.......go to option slide bar at the top of the menu..........there click on sms messgae to.....th n enter nuber n' go for dat.......
