Get on the pill, use other forms of birth control along with the condom or stop having sex all together.

Come on... Where have you been? I thought it was pretty common knowledge that all kinds of things can go wrong with a condom. They aren't 100%-not even when they are used properly (which most of the time they're not!). I got pregnant on the pill, which provides a higher percentage of protection than a condom. So, yes, you can definitely get pregnant from protected sex, even if the condom doesn't break. It may have a hole/leak..... a lot of things could have gone wrong!!! Please educate yourself on these matters-before you go & reproduce!!!!

Every birth control method except abstinence has a failure rate. Condoms are very reliable if used correctly, but latex does break down over time and it wouldn't take much of a breach to allow sperm through (they're microscopic for goodness sake!) If you're not using expired condoms, not using something like petroleum jelly as lube and not using condoms that some guy has been carrying around in his wallet, you're pretty safe.

Contraceptives are only 99.9% effective. There is a small chance. I don't think it will leak, but if someone was tampering with them, like sticking small pin holes in it, yes.
