State or government page, or state patrol, local police, etc. Yuor local law enforcement office should have the exact information you need.
My question is why?
Most offenders are not in categories that put the average public at risk, and those offenders that are likely to attack your child will not if you teach your child basic stranger danger techniques.
Also, MOST child abuse, of any sort except bullying, is far more likely to be the result of a family member or trusted family friend than a stranger.
A far better course of action for you would be to take a simple course on abuse and prevention, and teaching your children the basics.
