I think you need a session with Trinny and Suzanna. Perhaps if you could get rid of the cape which clashes with your complexion then you would be well on the way to getting public sympathy allowing your to make a collection for your plastic surgery. They may be able to take some skin and fat off of your bottom and put it on your face to pad it out a bit. If this is not possible i know they can grow ears on the back of little miceys. I don't think surgery would be the answer to all your problems because you must suffer self esteem problems each time a bit of flesh falls on the floor however i think in this world if you can find true friends they wont look at you outwardly but see the reality of your speshness. xx ERRRRRRM ARE YOU THE REAL FACE OF JOE BLACK? if you are phew i'm glad she stayed on earth
