I believe they need people that believe in them. Slavery has only been abolished for just over a century. The ability to change is in their hands, but that will do little If they feel that society thinks that they are worthless. Over the years we've created programs to such as the boys and girls club or financial programs and education to help sponsor these individuals, but these programs are only successful as they are funded and in the public's eye. As a society we need to place more emphasis on the availability and knowledge of such programs and education. It would also be more appealing if we backed such individuals in political or business positions because not only would they have more programs, but they'd feel they had more hope.

In Philadelphia had 100% turnout in several overwhelmingly black precincts in 2000 and 2004.

Imagine that - not a single voter was sick, out of town, too busy at work or forgot.

Oh, and the vote was overwhelmingly Democratic.

Nope, no voter fraud going on there! Not a bit!

Don't encourage them.

The Democrat Party uses blacks and then betrays them, but they still brainwash them to vote Democrat.

It's a sad thing: Blacks are still being exploited by the Democrats. For shame!

Everyone needs to vote regardless of race, if you don't vote you have no right to complain about what happens. Black people have no excuse for not voting, they have the same rights as all others, to ask them to vote for a particular ideology would be racist, don't you think?
