I am 39 weeks pregnant and am dialated to 3 and effaced 80%, can anyone give me advise on what I can do to move this along or how much longer do you think I have before I am gonna need to go to the hospital?

try walking around if you can do so comfortably....
otherwise think LABOR

go to the hospital when your contractions become regular.. or if your water breaks. walking can help progress things. good luck and congrats!!
