The thrush could be from the antibiotic - ointments on rash area will help - to dry it up use zinc oxide. RSV could be from molds in the interior of the walls - fresh air and limited amounts of sunshine will do wonders - keep your windows open. The ear infection is sometimes due to milk or other fluids entering the area so try feeding and burping in an upright position. You will need to burp the little one as often as every few minutes while eating. Bless your heart - babyhood can be awfully hard - there is not a mother in the world that hasn't been through it. Have faith!!!

Perhaps bottle feeding part of the time, if he will take it will be better, or water down your milk. I know that when my son was born I had to bottle feed a little becuase of jaundice. My milk was too strong for him.
Get the doctor to give you some cream for the diaper area, or use yeast infection cream on it. It will help to clear up the thrush. Yeast infection cream is also very cooling so it will feel good to the baby.
For the ear infection you should be giving him ear drops. Warm them up before putting them in and it will provide relief immediately.
For the pink eye there are drops too, he won't like those, but they are neccesary.
I wish him well. That is a lot to cope with at once. Especially for sucha little guy.

Yikes! keep him warm so he doesnt get fever. Keep your doctor in the loop. If the rsv is bad hold him in the bathroom and put bath water on as hot as possibe. The steam helps loosen up the chest. Give him lots of love and good luck!

I would call the hospital and see what they think...RSV can turn serious very quickly even though you just saw Dr things can go downhill. Don't feel like you are bothering them, it's their job to help you and of course you don't want to take any risks. I would just be sure to keep them posted on any changes and in the meantime be sure he is dressed comfortably and not too warm.

Well the heck happened that he got this sick all at one time. I dont know that you can make him anymore comfortable then he is. He needs to get better. Just hold him alot and make sure you do everything the doctor tells you to do. Try giving him baths also to soothe him.
