Both are equally good at comedy. RW is a much better actor. Neither should be in charge of making national policies...they are not good political advisors.

George Carlin. He is brilliant I saw him live a couple weeks ago amazing. I have a calendar on my desk that gives a george carlin qoute everyday....luv him! Robin Williams is ok but I wouldnt travel to go see him.

Two completely different genres of humor. Carlin has been around a lot longer than Williams. And Williams, while extraordinarily talented, just gets on my nerves. Can that man not shut up just once? I've seen him on talk shows where he won't even let the other guests talk!

definitely carlin...his jokes are actually smart and funny, while williams just kind of shocks you with the energy thing...not that williams isn't funny...just carlin is deeper humor to me.
