I would think that you must have at least one friend or close acquaintance who does speak English. If you have no time for classes or traditional study, the best way to learn is to do--- that is, have conversations with others. Explain that you wish to learn, and that you wish to be corrected as you speak. Ask questions, have them ask questions. Pick a subject which interests you. Just talk to people, always letting them know that you wish to learn--in a country where so many complain that newcomers don't bother to learn the language, we would be hypocrites if we didn't do our part to help a person who wants to sharpen his/her language skills.
