Only a handful of people friendly to Ken Lay have seen the body, as it was "cremated" shortly after his "death".
Why would a man worth millions upon millions of dollars and facing decades in prison NOT try to fake his death. Seriously, what does he have to loose? He already proved himself quite adept at fooling people when he was in charge of Enron...

Why are people so obsessed with seeing the body? Of course they wouldnt show it to you! It's none of your business- the family doesnt want it splayed across the news- and in general, when somone well known dies, they dont show the body to the mass public! Just think of how ridiculous that is!

there is a possibility that he did fake his death, but no one can be absolutely sure that he did. it has also been said that he killed himself to escape prison, but again no one can be sure. i havent seen a body but someone else might have.

Yes he is living at my house under an assumed name- although I cannot tell you what it is, I can tell you that he now answers to biscuit britches.
