What is the name of the fountain in Pittsburgh by PNC Park? It is right next to the Veterans Memorial.?

The water flows down on several different blocks of stone that are all at different heights, like teirs but staggered randomly.

The point is the fountain across the river. I know the one you are talking about and 'the watersteps' sounds correct, however I've never heard that before. As part of the river walk I am assuming there is a plaque on it with the name and its signifiance, but I don't know it. sorry

That is in the center of Point State Park, other known as "The Point"
