Any and everything is normal in pregnancy. If you are concerned, I would contact your doctor. But, at the same time, I would try not to stress out about it. With my daughter, I didn't show until nearly 7 months. I just counted myself lucky that I could still wear most of my pre-pregnancy clothes the majority of the time. (And, my daughter was healthy and fine and a wonderful weight, so there were no problems with her, either.)

As long as your doctor says you're okay and the ultrasounds show normal development. Don't worry about it. You'll pop out there and have nothing to wear soon enough. How would you like to be 5 months and look like you are 7 months? That's me. I'm already having back pain and trouble getting comfortable. I've seen girls 7-8 months who are hardly showing. There fine.

Have you seen a doctor yet? You need to. I didn't show until 6 months, though I gained a lot of weight. Some women don't gain much at all. See a doctor! An ultrasound should spot any problems.

i was the same way. then, around 6 months i shot up 12 pounds in 4 weeks! i'm, now 35 wks and only up 22 pounds. i just have a round tummy, not filled out anywhere else.
so, i say, as long as your OB isn't concerned, then don't worry yourself. just eat well and be sure to eat enough. i've actually forced myself to eat more at times just so i could put on the pounds i have.
so, get some ice cream, pasta, steaks--whatever you want and chow down! the protein, dairy and carbs will do you good!!!
take care.

You should have gained weight by now... some women dont start showing till after their fifth month. My sister didn't till her 6th month.
I would be a little worried about the weight thing though. What does your doctor say? If they say it's okay I wouldn't worry.

your little one is just not ready to be seen yet i guess. Pls try to relax , everything will be fine.

I wouldn't worry about...as long as you've been going to your doctor appointments. I have a 3 year old...I didn't start showing until 6 1/2 months. I think it depends on your body weight...b/c my sister law is small and athletic and she didn't start showing until later, either.

I think that would be okay. I really wasn't showing either until about the end of my 5th month then I exploded. My friend is pregnant now, and she is almost 6 months and you can just now tell she's pregnant.
If you're still concerned, go back to your doctor.

You could be fine. I had one friend who did not show until 7 months and had a very healthy baby boy. Why not ask your doctor, though? An ultrasound can make sure that your baby is growing and is just fine.

I believe that you are fine. There is nothing that you can do to make your tummy big or gain weight.By now you have regular checkups at the doctors and if they say you are fine then don't worry about it. Al pregnancies are different!
