Each barn has a different price around here. The average rates are:

One Horse:
Pasture Only: $100 - $115/month
Stall w/turnout: $350-$450/month
Full Care: $400-$500/month
Full Care w/training: $550-$700/month

Free usage of tack room and arenas.

Around here, most say Full Care, but it's actually stall with turnout. That includes Stall, Turnout, Feed/Hay/Water, Clean Stall.
To me Full Care would include: Stall, Turnout, Feed/Hay/Water, Clean stall, Groomed horse, and Exercised horse.
With training is usually for younger or green horses with a weekly lesson for the rider.

Many barns will get your horse for the farrier and vet for an additional fee.

I've seen a barn that charged $850 or $875 per horse for stall boarding plus one weekly lesson was reqired for an additional $25. In a lot of places, this is acceptable, but in rural areas such as where I live, it's outrageous and very uncommon.

totally depends on where you live, the type of barn, wether it's a full training barn or just a boarding facility. by me in So. Ca. you can expect to pay low range of $250 a month all the way up to $700 a month at some places. Where i board my horse it is $350 a month for a fully covered 14x24 pipe stall, but that only include the stall, hay & graining, and cleaning. as far as turnouts or anything else it's my own responsibilty.

that depends.

I pay $400 a month. That includes 24/7 turnout, weather permiting, a stall for when the weathers bad or i want to keep her in. (they feed in the stall, too) When the weather is bad they bring the horses in. Hay, grain, and worming (but I have to pay for the wormer.) I can use the arena (outdoor), and the barn has acsess to trails.

thats low for my area.

If you want a stall then it is higher than just pasture. It is about $3.00 in my area and the pasture is $175 and there are lean toos for shelter. They also supply the hay and feed and do the feeding for this. But you do need to call and find out and sometimes they will work with you.

$150 a month includes grain, hay, daily turnout, pasture in summer, and a stall and cleaning every night, and a riding arena. $300 is closer to average for this area though.
